What we do

Most booked

Servicing

Scheduled tune-ups and full overhauls. Gears, brakes, bearings and drivetrain dialled so your bike runs silent and fast. From €45.

Repairs

Punctures, snapped cables, worn drivetrains, hydraulic brakes, wheel truing. Walk in for quick fixes, book in for the bigger stuff.

Custom builds

Pick a frame, we spec the rest — groupset, wheels, finishing kit. A road, gravel or commuter bike built around how and where you ride.

Bike fitting

Data-led fitting session to find your most powerful, comfortable position. Saddle height, reach, cleats and contact points — measured, not guessed.

Service tiers

Three levels of fast.

Transparent pricing, no surprises. Every service ends with a road-ready bike and notes on what we touched.

Run by riders, for riders

Our mechanics race what they sell.

Cadence started in a cold garage on Nieuwewandeling in 2015, because we were tired of bike shops that didn't ride. Eleven years on, the whole crew still clocks serious kilometres — crit racing, gravel grinders, the dreary winter commute.

That's the point. We obsess over the kit because we live with it. We know which tyres actually survive a Flemish winter, which groupset to spec for your budget, and exactly how a bike should feel under load — because we've felt it ourselves. Bring us your bike and you'll get straight answers, clean work, and a machine that's faster than when it came in.

Riders talk

The questions we get asked across the workbench.

Good to know

What's the turnaround on a service?
A standard tune-up or full service is usually ready within 48 hours, often same-day if you book early. A pro overhaul or a wheel build typically needs 3–5 working days. We'll always give you a firm collection time when you drop off.
Do you take walk-ins or do I need to book?
Both. Quick fixes — punctures, a slipping gear, a brake adjustment — we'll usually sort while you wait or same day. For full services, builds and bike fits, please book ahead so we can set aside the bench time.
Which brands do you sell and service?
We stock road, gravel and city bikes from a curated range of brands and we service everything — Shimano, SRAM and Campagnolo drivetrains, hydraulic and mechanical brakes, and most e-bike systems. If you ride it, we can almost certainly work on it.
How does a bike fitting work?
It's a 60–90 minute session on your own bike. We measure your body, watch you pedal, and adjust saddle height, reach, cleats and contact points to find a position that's comfortable and powerful. You leave with a fit sheet so the setup is repeatable.
Can you service e-bikes and bikes bought elsewhere?
Absolutely. We service any bike regardless of where you bought it, including most major e-bike motor systems. No judgement — just good work.
